Orders paid using alternative payment methods, including ACH, Zelle, CashApp, crypto, and similar options, will begin processing once payment has been fully confirmed.

  • UPS 3 Day Select: A UPS service tier. Actual delivery timing may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: A UPS service tier. Actual delivery timing may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
  • UPS Next Day Air: A UPS service tier. Actual delivery timing may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Service names such as 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select refer to UPS carrier service tiers and are not a guarantee of delivery within that number of days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather events, operational delays, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

We offer optional shipping insurance on all orders. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, shipping insurance allows us to handle your replacement directly so you do not need to navigate a carrier claim on your own.

If you did not add shipping insurance and experience a transit issue, we will do our best to assist, but our ability to offer resolution may be limited once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

A tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order as soon as the shipment is processed.

Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your shipment arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and supporting details, including photos if applicable.

We will review the information provided and offer an appropriate resolution.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to that carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors and any secure locations around your delivery address.
  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.
  • If you purchased shipping insurance, contact us with your order details and we will handle the resolution process on your behalf.
  • If you did not purchase shipping insurance, contact us with your carrier case number and order details and we will assist where we can.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Customers must ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Cancellations not resulting from an error on our part may be subject to applicable restocking fees as outlined in our Refund & Chargeback Policy.

Some research materials may require careful handling. All items are packaged to maintain quality during transit, but customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages upon delivery to protect product integrity.

All products are shipped strictly as laboratory research materials. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and no claims are made regarding safety or effectiveness outside controlled research environments.
