Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Orders paid using alternative payment methods (ACH, Zelle, CashApp, crypto, etc.) will begin processing once payment has been fully confirmed.

Available Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to fit your needs and timeline:

USPS Priority Mail – Typically delivers within 2–5 business days within the United States, depending on destination.

UPS 3 Day Select – A UPS service name; actual delivery timeframes may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

UPS 2nd Day Air – A UPS service name; actual delivery timeframes may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

UPS Next Day Air – A UPS service name; actual delivery timeframes may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Please note: Service names such as “2nd Day Air” or “3 Day Select” refer to UPS carrier service tiers and are not a guarantee of delivery within that number of days. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather events, operational delays, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance on all orders. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, shipping insurance allows us to handle your replacement directly — so you won’t need to navigate a carrier claim on your own. We take care of it for you.

If you did not add shipping insurance and experience a transit issue, we will do our best to assist, but our ability to offer resolution may be limited once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order as soon as the shipment is processed. Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Fulfillment Accuracy & Missing Items

If your shipment arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and supporting details (photos if applicable). We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier (USPS or UPS), responsibility for the shipment transfers to that carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend the following steps:

Check with neighbors and any secure locations around your delivery address.

Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.

If you purchased shipping insurance, contact us with your order details and we will handle the resolution process on your behalf.

If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you may contact us with your carrier case number and order details and we will assist where we can.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or issues resulting from incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Cancellations not resulting from an error on our part may be subject to applicable restocking fees as outlined in our Refund & Chargeback Policy.

Temperature-Sensitive Items

Some research materials may require careful handling. All items are packaged to maintain quality during transit, but customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages upon delivery to protect product integrity.

All products are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.
MSPeptides provides COAs and testing documentation when available but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
Research supplies such as syringes or bacteriostatic water are not included with any purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

MSPeptides will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Handling or misuse of products
  • Failure to follow safety protocols
  • Violation of these terms

You agree to indemnify and hold MSPeptides harmless from any claims arising out of the use or handling of products.

8. Modification of Terms
