Welcome to the Molecular Solutions Peptides Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and promotion.

2. Commission Structure

• Earn 5% commission per sale, capped at $100 per sale.
• Commission is calculated based on the final sale amount after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
• Any fraudulent or self-referred sales will not qualify for commissions.

3. Discount Code for Your Audience

• As an affiliate, you will receive a unique 15% off code to share with your audience.
• This discount applies to all eligible products on our website.
• Your affiliate link must be used for commission tracking.

4. Payouts & Cash Out Requirements

• Payouts are available once you have earned at least $100 in commissions.
• Affiliates can choose to cash out in products, PayPal (Friends & Family), or Venmo.
• Payouts are processed on the first business day of each month.

5. Promotional Guidelines

• You may promote our products via social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
• Prohibited activities include:
  • Spamming (unsolicited emails, comments, or messages).
  • False or misleading advertising about our products.
  • Bidding on our brand name in paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.).
  • Posting affiliate links on coupon websites.
• Failure to comply may result in termination from the program.

6. Tracking & Reporting

• All sales are tracked using cookies stored for 30 days after a visitor clicks your affiliate link.
• You can monitor your earnings and conversions through your affiliate dashboard.

7. Program Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
• Any unpaid, eligible commissions will be paid upon termination if they meet the payout threshold.

8. Changes to the Affiliate Program

• We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the program at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
