Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Orders paid using alternative payment methods (ACH, Zelle, CashApp, crypto, etc.) will begin processing once payment has been fully confirmed.
Shipping Method (USPS Priority Mail)
All orders currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. This service typically delivers within 2–5 business days within the United States, depending on the destination, but may take longer depending on external factors.
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Weather events, operational delays, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery timelines.
We are actively exploring additional shipping partners and methods to expand our options in the future.
Order Tracking
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order as soon as the shipment is processed. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.
Fulfillment Accuracy & Missing Items
If your shipment arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and supporting details (photos, if applicable). We will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
If a package is:

marked as delivered but not received,
please first contact USPS to initiate a trace or investigation. After opening a USPS case, you may contact us with your case number and order details, and we will assist where we can.
We are not responsible for USPS delays, weather conditions, or issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Cancellations not resulting from an error on our end may be subject to applicable restocking fees as outlined in our Refund & Chargeback Policy.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some research materials may require careful handling. All items are packaged to maintain quality during transit, but customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages after USPS delivery to protect product integrity.
